On Christmas Eve, December 24, 2017 at 0630 hours members of the Mantua Township Fire District were dispatched to 25 Dubois Avenue in the City of Woodbury for a reported Dwelling Fire. Squad Company 2218 responded immediately with a crew of four, and arrived as the third due apparatus, securing a water supply for Engine 511.
Crews were then deployed to the second floor to assist with extinguishment and a secondary search of the dwelling. The fire was quickly brought under control by crew from 511 and units operated on scene for approximately one hour with no fire fighter injuries reported.
